Abhav Malhotra is a chef and food scientist who graduated from The Culinary Institute of America. During his time in COVID, he got his certification in holistic food nutrition. Abhav Malhotra was also the CEO of bakedbykids Technologies and as well the founder of Ovensay and multi-facet cafe in Bangalore, that also conducted training sessions and serviced as a co-working space for chefs to further grow their own businesses and start-ups.
